ITEMS IN STOCK:
We generally do not keep any products in stock. The products are sourced immediately and directly from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer is out-of-stock of that item, then it will be placed on backorder until it becomes available. For this reason, we are unable to inform you what is currently in stock and what is not - generally 90% of items are in stock. For this reason, product availability is as stated at: SHIPPING.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR PRODUCTS ARE ON ORDER, AND THE ONLY REASON YOU WOULD NOT HAVE RECEIVED THEM YET IS BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURER IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK OF YOUR SIZE.
COURIER:
Most of our courier work is done by a EMS - Express Mail Service. EMS is the main courier service used by:
- United States Postal Service
- UK Royal Mail
- Australia Post
- And Others
From EMS you will be able to track your order, using a tracking number that we give you, if it is in the progress of being delivered. They generally have a worldwide shipping time of 3-5 days, after leaving our warehouse.
At this point in time, we do not offer the service of using a customer supplied courier company, e.g. Fedex, UPS.
PROBLEMS - WHERE IS MY DELIVERY ?

REFUND&EXCHANGE POLICY:
º Generally, we do not accept Returned Goods for your money back.
º We do accept Returned Goods for Exchange, only from proven customers of store.yahoo.com/blundstoneboots

Then we will exchange the boots for the correct size and simply charge you again for the shipping. If a shipping option is not indicated with your return, we will mail your exchange via economy airmail (no tracking).
3. Please include full details of the Exchange to be made, including copies of any documentation, emails, proof of purchase & order number. Please ensure you include detailed instructions of your exchange requirements.
º We will not accept Returned Goods for Exchange after 2 months (from date of despatch).
º Once your card is processed, any refunds can only be processed by a claim from your credit card company, a refund by this method only applies when we are not able to supply the goods as ordered. This may not apply to Paypal payments.
4. There will be a handling fee of US$7.50 in addition to the postage.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER:
In order to maintain a high degree of security we prefer not to manually change customer's orders. Manually changing orders may be considered an intrusion into Yahoo's official and secure shopping cart system - for which we cannot accept the responsibility. The best and simplest method for changing your order would be to:
1. Request cancellation(click here)
2. Placing a new order with the correct details
Amending your order may be in relation to:
º changing boot style, size or color?
º changing address?
º different credit card?... etc.
Furthermore, we would prefer that any necessary changes are made as soon as possible - so the original order may be removed from our system quickly.
CURRENCY CONVERSION:
Total cost of purchase will be converted to AUD (by www.xe.com) at the time of transaction. It is possible that due to constantly fluctuating exchange rates, the transaction value on your credit card statement may slightly differ from the actual transaction total shown on this website.(This is because we can only transact in Australian Dollars, and the credit card companies perform their currency exchange at a different time to us).
"TAX" = FID (Financial Institutions Duty) - such as credit card charges and banking charges. Due to Currency Conversion charges by financial institutions(banks,etc), there will be a small levy added to the total.
CREDIT CARD CHARGE:
Generally, we will take payment from the customer up front for your order - even in cases where your order may not be shipped immediately. There are 3 reasons for this:
1. With the number of bogus orders (using stolen credit card numbers) that we receive, we must filter out the 'good' orders. If the payment is accepted, then it is assumed that it is not a stolen card.
2. We need to know up front when your credit card is declined. That way we can rectify any problem (e.g. lack of funds, incorrect numbers) immediately. Furthermore, we would be wasting our time on the ordering process if your credit card is declined.
3. Your immediate payment is an upfront commitment by you, the customer, to placing an order with our business. It is extremely difficult to deal in a professional business manner with customers who are 'unsure' about their orders, and an up front payment is a tangible commitment to your order.
IMPORT/CUSTOMS DUTIES:
store.yahoo.com/blundstoneboots will NOT be responsible for your own country's customs/import duties.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
If you choose a shipping option without insurance then store.yahoo.com/blundstoneboots will not be liable for the non-delivery of your goods. We are responsible until the goods are finally despatched using an internationally recognised courier service, for which we will be able to provide proof.
CARE OF YOUR BLUNDSTONE BOOTS:
Always clean your boots after use, brushing caked dirt away from welts and seams, then wipe leather with a damp cloth. If your boots become wet, never dry them by a fire or artificial heat source; this will shrink the leather causing it to go hard. Always dry the boots at room temperature. To keep your boots water resistant and pliable you should dress the leather after cleaning, with a suitable leather dressing. For styles using waterproof leather or suede, refer to the waterproof section for care instructions.
Avoid exposing your boots to chemical contamination. Leather is absorbent and strong acids and alkalis will do irreparable damage. Such commonplace substances as milk and salt are highly damaging. In the event of exposure, rinse the contaminant from the boots before applying the leather dressing.
"Safety" Footwear Warranty:

Blundstone Pty Ltd does not warrant any footwear sold by store.yahoo.com/blundstoneboots outside of Australia as safety footwear and does not warrant that any footwear is compliant with any relevant safety accreditations or otherwise.
